o LINNA RAMPAGE Frequently Asked Questions: 

   Q: What is LINNA RAMPAGE?
   A: LINNA RAMPAGE is a conversion patch for Redneck Rampage.  It 
      replaces Leonard with Linna Yamazaki from that classic Japanese
      animation, Bubblegum Crisis.  The patch modifies relevant 
      sprites, sounds, and cinematics.  The patch is broken up into two
      parts.  The first part of the patch works with the Shareware 
      version of Redneck Rampage.  The second part of the patch adds
      additional data for the Registered version.

   Q: Who's Linna?
   A: Linna is one of four members of a vigilante organization known as
      the Knight Sabers.  The Knight Sabers is made up of Sylia 
      Stingray, Priscilla Asagiri, Linna Yamazaki, and Nene Romanova.

   Q: What's so special about Linna?
   A: Linna is the most agile of the Knight Sabers, using quick hit-
      and-run tactics to quickly neutralize the enemy.  She is clearly
      the melee expert of the team.

o Installation Instructions

  Linna Rampage Demo works with the PC Redneck Rampage Shareware game.
  It will not work properly with the Registered version of Redneck
  Rampage.  The Registered version of Linna Rampage will work with both
  the Shareware and Registered versions of Redneck Rampage.

  Redneck Rampage Demo requires LINNA_01.ZIP and LINNA_02.ZIP.  Redneck
  Rampage Registered requires LINNA_01.ZIP through LINNA_05.ZIP.


  PC Compatibles:

     Shareware or Registered:
     * Start with a properly installed version of Redneck Rampage on your
       hard drive.
     * Unzip all the Linna Zip files into the Redneck Rampage directory,
       letting it over-write any existing files.

     Unagi:  The answer is NO.

     Tomizawa:  Aw, comeon!  Oomori's got a game patch.  So does
                Hiramtsu.  Hell, even Sakakibara got one too!  Why not
                me?

     U:  For three years we've been surveying alt.fan.bgcrisis and the
         studies don't justify it.  The last study proved conclusively
         the favorite Knight Sabers were Priss, Nene, Sylia, Vision,
         Mackie, Leon, Lisa, Naoko, Sylvie, Anri, that AD Police guy
         in the helicopter who keeps crashing into freeway columns and
         finally Linna.

     T:  (Vacant stare) And... your point is?

     U:  Your just not popular enough to justify having your own game
         patch.

     T:  Oh you're mean!  I'm really popular in the anime business!  I
         played Sailor Mars in all the Sailor Moon shows!  And what
         about my work in Luna Varga?  I'm a hard worker and I deserve
         happiness too!

     U:  Listen, even I wanted to, UnagiArts simply doesn't have the
         time to make you a game patch.  We've devoted most of our staff
         to Priss Nukem Forever.

     T:  What!??  Oomori's got another game patch coming?  That's not
         fair!  What about me?  What about my wants, my needs?

     U:  The decision has already been made.  I'm sorry Ms. Tomizawa.

     T:  (Body superdeforms into C-Ko).  Waaaaahhhhhhhhhh!

     U:  Hey!... Um stop crying!  I'm sorry it turned out this way!

     T:  (Tears jet out of eyes).  Waaaaahhhhhhhhhh!

     U:  Stop that!  You're flooding the office!  Hey my papers are
         getting all wet!

     T:  (Brief stop while Tomizawa takes a real deep breath)

     U:  (Covers ears.  Windows shatter from the noise.)  OK, ok!  I'll
         make you a game patch!  Just stop crying!

     T:  What....  sniff  sniff... Really?

     U:  Yeah... um,  I've got this game lying around.  It uses the same
         engine as Priss Nukem.

     T:  Really?  What's it called?

     U:  Redneck Rampage.

     T:  (Vancant stare)  Redneck Rampage?  What's it about?

     U:  Um I don't know.  Something about aliens kidnapping pigs and
         the main character is this country bumkin' named Leonard...
