Welcome to the text index to the Digital Bubblegum Crash! B-Club. Hopefully, you'll never have to be here for any reason other than curiosity, as I hope that the HTML interface will be compatible with all platforms. Anyway, on with guiding you through the CD in case you're here because the HTML won't jive with your browser. First off, you should notice the two slightly different directories /crash and /crashsm The /crash directory contains all of the raw scans I made of each page of the B-Club. They were made on a Umax Astra 2000 scanner. The scans average about 4.5 megs in size, are all in .jpeg format, and take a little bit to load, which is why I included the /crashsm directory The /crashsm directory contains all of the same pictures as the /crash directory does, with one notable exception : I took them all into Photoshop 5.0 and reduced the resolution from 300dpi, to 100dpi. That has significantly lowered the file size, reducing load time, and making random surfing of the directories much quicker and easier. A note : all of the directories named ../thumbs contain the thumbnail images for the HTML pages, in addition to the HTML pages themselves. The directory structure below /crash and /crashsm is identicle. So from here on out I'm simply going to refer to locations of pictures without the /crash or /crashsm directory in front. /allcred one scan of the single page of credits for the staff of Crash! /charactr Crash! character designs; boomer, hardsuit, mecha, support characters, and Lady's 633 building designs. /comic 2 page comic... looks like yet another version of Largo is stalking the Knight Sabers... comedy. "Zero" Cover art gallery. I assume "Zero" was a fanzine or some such thing. /dustcvr scans of the duscover. Inside flaps had advertisement for other B-Club specials. /illos Original artwork by Takezaki, Goda, and Sonoda /memories Largo on a toilet (I kid you not), and molesting a picture of Sylia (I kid you not)... It's a Takezaki comic, and I wish I could read Japanese. Also included is a splash image of the KS vs Largo's Hyperboomers with what appears to be a less favorable outcome for our favorite heroines. Last page of it looks like a GENOM boomer ad. /misc The front cover image that layed hidden underneath the dustcover, the contents page, and a page titled "caution" on the contents page. Also (because I'm seriously anal) scans of the insert. It looks like a survey to me. /opening First four pages of the book, with images taken from the OVA opening sequence. /poster Same image as is on the front of the dustcover, only larger and without all the extraneous crap in the way. /productn a story on how they did the CG opening sequence for Crash!, a story on the making of at least one of the songs, an SD image that you should see (prod07.jpg), various comics, and concept drawings (thank god they didn't make it past the drawing board) /reflctn 4 page screen grab recaps of Illegal Army and Geo Climbers. 6 pages for Melt Down. If you've seen the series you miss nothing by skipping this part. /solblue The infamous "Soldier Blue" story.... now I'm really wishing I could read Japanese. /voice 2 pages of what looks like comments about the series from the VA's.
